The crisis that we're living isn't only caused by finance and speculators, it is also the result of a wrong idea of business: value for shareholders.
The Work (with a upper case W) has to be representated as part of the business success, workers are more interesting than shareholders in the industrial activity. They have to protect knowledges, plants, they can't leave their works in the same way in which shareholders move their money.
