Description
Repeal Arizona's racist anti-illegal immigration law, also known as Arizona SB 1070, that makes it a misdemeanor for an alien to be in Arizona without carrying the required documents and requires that state law enforcement officers attempt to determine an individual's immigration status during a "lawful stop, detention or arrest" when there is reasonable suspicion that the individual is an illegal immigrant.

You don't always carry your ID around (2 replies)

I think they should and if here illegal you go to jail and booted out. Tell you come in right or pay a big fine for breaking the law and each time it gets high call it a felony.

I wouldn't want to have to have my papers at all times

I'm often unprepared to defend myself when I go to the grocery store, and I wouldn't want to live in a place where that's not okay.
