USTN1 - Tennessee voter ID
Description

States that require photo identification claim to do so to combat fraud, but studies have shown that there is very little polling place fraud.  19 states don't require voters to present any type of identification before voting.  Tennessee should change its law to conform with the laws of these states, in order to ensure that groups that are less likely to have photo identification (minorities, urban dwellers, the elderly) are still able to vote.
